From Vine to Table: Immortal Estate Wine Dinner

Join us for an extraordinary evening as we welcome Immortal Estate, a Sonoma-based winery crafting bold, mountain-grown Cabernet Sauvignon from the steep slopes of the Mayacamas. With a reputation for producing wines of remarkable power, precision, and longevity, Immortal has quickly become one of California’s most exciting and highly acclaimed producers — their flagship Impassable Mountain Cabernet earning 98+ points from Jeb Dunnuck.
We are honored to welcome Scott Pyles, Vice President of Sales for Immortal Estate, who will present each wine and share the story of this remarkable estate’s vision and terroir. This intimate dinner pairs a curated multi-course menu from our team with standout selections including the 2023 Rosé, 2023 Sauvignon Blanc, 2019 “Slope” Cabernet Sauvignon, and the 2018 “Impassable Mountain” Cabernet Sauvignon.
As the Sunday before Thanksgiving, this dinner is the perfect way to kick off the week’s festivities before family and friends arrive — a rare opportunity to experience wines built to be both savored today and celebrated for years to come.
